His international journey began with a remarkable accolade, being named the third-best young dog in the world, a recognition earned against top international competitors that positioned Guadaneth among the most distinguished young Presa Canarios globally.

The Lanzaroteño Club specifically congratulates his owners and breeders, Azarías Álvarez and Laureano Álvarez, for their careful selection, breeding, and planning that contributed to this success, as well as acknowledging the vital role played by his handler, Laetizia Melina, during this successful European journey.
Guadaneth Gofio also carries a notable legacy; he is the nephew of the multi-champion Covadonga of Fencing Dogs, the most awarded Presa Canario in history. All signs suggest that Guadaneth is on a similar path, following in the footsteps of Covadonga, which established her as a historic figure within the breed.
Guadaneth’s rapid ascent from being named the world’s third-best young dog to securing absolute championships across multiple European countries before turning two speaks volumes about his potential.
