Three Injured in Multivehicle Crash on TF-2
Three men, aged 28, 44, and 46, sustained injuries late Sunday night in a collision involving three vehicles on the TF-2, near kilometre 5, heading north in La Laguna. The incident prompted a significant emergency response.
The crash occurred at around 10:29 PM. The Emergency Coordination Centre (CECOES 112) received reports of the accident, leading to the dispatch of two basic life support ambulances from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC), alongside crews from the Tenerife Emergency Consortium, Civil Guard officers, and highway personnel.
One 28-year-old man sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Hospital Quirón Tenerife. A 46-year-old suffered minor trauma and was transported to Hospital San Juan de Dios, while the 44-year-old experienced mild neck pain and was also sent to Hospital Quirón Tenerife.
SUC paramedics provided initial treatment to the injured before their transfer. Firefighters secured the accident site and assisted other emergency services during the response. Meanwhile, highway staff worked to mark and clear the road, and the Civil Guard prepared a report to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
