This thoughtful gesture, driven by the Quality Unit in partnership with the Kitchen and Dietetics Service, aims to provide emotional support to those spending their birthdays in hospital.
The initiative aligns with the Canarian Health Service’s Strategy for Humanising Healthcare, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to patients’ emotional wellbeing through small yet meaningful acts of care.
