Residents of Tenerife can expect a significant drop in temperatures this Monday, with highs reaching just 28 degrees Celsius. This marks a change not seen in recent days.
According to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), cloudy skies will prevail in certain areas, accompanied by occasional light drizzles. In the northern mountainous regions of the archipelago, a similar trend is expected, with the possibility of scattered showers during the night.
The forecast suggests predominantly overcast conditions in the north of Tenerife, with clearer spells during the daytime. Higher elevations may see a gradual descent in temperatures, especially in the eastern, southern, and western areas, potentially reaching 30 degrees Celsius in some locations.
Winds are projected to be moderate from the northeast, with stronger gusts in the southeast and northwest corners. Coastal breezes will also be noted along the western shores.
