HiperDino, a prominent supermarket chain, alongside the DinoSol Foundation, is offering scholarships this summer to support employees in balancing work and family life.

The DinoSol Foundation has allocated 92 scholarships under the initiative “Dino Verano,” providing direct assistance of €100 for each child aged between 3 and 12. This funding aims to help cover the costs of summer camps lasting at least 15 days.

This is the second year of the initiative, which helped 66 employees last summer. Patricia Muñoz, director of the DinoSol Foundation, noted the positive impact these scholarships have on staff, explaining, “We have increased the number to 92 this year to ensure more employees can access a summer camp for their children, allowing them to learn and develop in a safe environment while their parents feel secure.”

In addition to “Dino Verano,” the DinoSol Foundation has long offered Academic Excellence Grants for employees’ children. This academic year, €31,000 has been allocated to assist students from La Palma, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and Tenerife, supporting higher education in fields like Education, Psychology, Law, and more.
