Water Supply Disruptions Expected in Fuerteventura
Residents in Fuerteventura may face water supply interruptions on 12 and 13 July due to a fault in the water transport network between Calderetilla and Tiscamanita.
The Fuerteventura Water Supply Consortium (CAAF) has warned that areas affected will include Antigua, Ampuyenta, Almácigo, Llanos Pelados, Triquivijate, Valles de Ortega, Las Pocetas, Casillas de Morales, Agua de Bueyes, Los Alares, as well as the entire municipality of Betancuria, Pájara, and Tuineje, excluding Gran Tarajal.
CAAF technicians are currently working to repair the issue and restore service as quickly as possible. The consortium has expressed regret for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation.
