Firefighters rescued a man trapped in a car after a collision involving two vehicles in Lanzarote. The incident occurred around 7 am on the LZ-2 road near Playa Honda and left the driver with moderate injuries.

Emergency services were alerted by CECOES, prompting local police, firefighters, and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service to respond. Upon arrival, firefighters freed the man from the wreckage and handed him over to paramedics, who assessed his injuries before transporting him to Hospital Doctor José Molina Orosa.
In addition to the rescue, emergency crews secured the two vehicles and disconnected their batteries. Police officers managed traffic at the scene and completed a report about the accident.
