A serious accident occurred on the FV-20 road near Tiscamanita in the municipality of Tuineje at 6:10 PM on Saturday. A car reportedly overturned, leaving its 26-year-old driver seriously injured.
Emergency services (SUC) confirmed that the man suffered multiple traumas and was transported by ambulance to the General Hospital of Fuerteventura for urgent medical attention.
At the time of the incident, the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (CECOES) 112 of the Canary Islands received a call regarding the overturned vehicle and the need for medical assistance. Emergency resources were quickly mobilised to the scene.
