The 17-year-old was airlifted by a medical helicopter from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) to the Hospital Universitario de Canarias (HUC). Meanwhile, the other two women were transported by ambulance to separate health facilities—one to HUC and the other to Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria.

Following the rescue, emergency services responded swiftly to the scene to provide assistance. A technician from the Tenerife Fire Consortium coordinated efforts to locate the incident and mobilise necessary resources, with local police also supporting the operation.
