Water Supply Disruptions Expected in Fuerteventura
Residents of several areas in Fuerteventura may experience water supply disruptions on 12 and 13 July due to a fault in the water transport network between Calderetilla and Tiscamanita.
The affected areas include Antigua, Ampuyenta, Almácigo, Llanos Pelados, Triquivijate, Valles de Ortega, Las Pocetas, Casillas de Morales, Agua de Bueyes, Los Alares, the entire municipality of Betancuria, and the municipalities of Pájara and Tuineje, with the exception of Gran Tarajal.
Technicians from the Fuerteventura Water Supply Consortium (CAAF) are currently working to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible. The CAAF has apologised for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of local residents.
