Wizz Air Launches New Route From Fuerteventura to Santiago de Compostela
Low-cost airline Wizz Air is set to connect Fuerteventura with Santiago de Compostela, starting in February 2024. The new route will operate with two flights weekly, every Tuesday and Saturday.
This expansion also includes connections from Santiago to Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Wizz Air’s commitment to enhancing connectivity will provide flights priced from £29.99 per leg.
With this addition, the airline’s network from Lavacolla will grow to ten national and international destinations, offering nearly one million seats per year. The company believes this investment will boost tourism, support the local airport’s activity, and create new opportunities for businesses related to travel and aviation.
